Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Voela app ("Voela", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. We built Voela to be privacy-friendly: your creative work stays on your device, and we collect as little as possible.

Information we handle

• Photos you add. Photos you import into a design are processed and stored on your device only. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
• Diagnostics & usage. We use Firebase (Google) for crash reports and basic, aggregated usage analytics to fix bugs and improve the app. This may include device model, OS version, and app-event data. It is not used to identify you personally.
• Push notifications. If you allow notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver them. This involves a push token tied to your device, not your identity.
• Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details; we only receive Apple's confirmation of your subscription status.
• Support. If you email us, we receive the contents of your message and your email address to respond.

What we do NOT do

• We do not require an account to use Voela.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not upload your photos or finished designs to our servers.

Shared templates

When you share a "Template Link", it contains only the design layout (stickers, text, shapes, layout structure) — never your photos. The data is encoded in the link itself and is not stored on our servers.

Third-party services

Voela relies on Apple (App Store, in-app purchases), Google Firebase (crash reporting, analytics), and OneSignal (push notifications). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Your choices

• You can disable notifications any time in iOS Settings.
• You can clear on-device data by deleting projects or the app.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Children

Voela is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
