Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Voela app ("Voela", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Voela, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voela on Apple devices you own or control, for creating and sharing your own content. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app itself.

Subscriptions & billing

• Voela offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly), and may offer a free trial and promotional pricing.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• All billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we do not process payments directly.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and designs you create in Voela. You are responsible for the content you make and share, and for having the rights to any material you import. Shared "Template Links" contain only your design layout, not your photos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voela to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful, or to misuse the app in ways that disrupt its operation or other users.

Content & availability

Templates, stickers, and packs may be added, changed, or removed over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the app.

Disclaimers

Voela is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
